We provide strategic legal advisory services to startups, SMEs, and businesses, helping them manage legal risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and support commercial growth. Our services include:
02 Practice
What we handle
Possession that never arrived, a builder who stopped responding, a title that will not survive scrutiny, or co-owners who cannot agree on a sale. Property disputes turn on documents, and most of them are decided long before anyone reaches a courtroom.
We assist businesses in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements that protect their legal and commercial interests. Our services include:
A claim rejected on non-disclosure, a hospital bill settled at a fraction of what was billed, or a file that has sat unanswered for months. A repudiation letter is the insurer’s position, not a final determination.
An outcome nobody explained, a consent form signed in a corridor, or records a hospital is reluctant to release. Medical negligence is a narrow legal test, and knowing early whether the facts meet it saves years.
We advise and represent individuals and businesses in resolving disputes through arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Our services include:
A notice with a deadline on it, an assessment order that ignores what you filed, or input credit blocked without explanation. Tax matters are won on timelines: most rights are lost by missing a date, not by losing an argument.
We represent consumers and businesses in disputes relating to defective goods, deficient services, unfair trade practices, and consumer rights before the appropriate consumer forums. Our services include:
Personal data collected without a lawful basis, a privacy policy copied from another site, or a processor agreement that leaves liability with you. India’s data protection regime now carries real financial consequences for getting this wrong.
We advise and represent individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and borrowers in a wide range of banking and finance-related legal matters, including regulatory compliance, loan documentation, recovery proceedings, and…
Separation, custody arrangements, maintenance, or an inheritance that has divided a family. These matters are decided as much by what is agreed as by what is litigated, and the difference in cost and time is substantial.

04 Method
How a matter moves
-
You tell us what happened
One conversation, on a call or in person. Bring whatever exists — the notice, the policy, the agreement, the WhatsApp thread. Documents you think are irrelevant are often the ones that decide the matter.
-
We put your position in writing
A short written note: what your legal position is, which forum it belongs in, the realistic range of outcomes, and how long each route tends to take. If we think you should not pursue it, that is what the note will say.
-
We file, appear and keep you updated
Drafting, filing and appearances are handled by the advocate you met. You get an update after every hearing, in language you do not need a lawyer to interpret.
05 Questions
The questions we are asked first
Answered the way we would answer them on a call.
Will you tell me if I do not have a case?
Yes. It is the single most useful thing we can do at the first meeting. Finding out in one conversation that a matter is not worth pursuing costs you far less than finding out two years into it.
How long is my matter likely to take?
It depends entirely on the forum. Consumer Commission matters commonly run one to two years. RERA has a statutory timeline that is frequently exceeded in practice. Civil suits and title disputes run considerably longer. Anyone who gives you a fixed date at the first meeting is guessing, and we would rather give you a range we can defend.
What does the first consultation cost?
You will be told the fee before you book, not after. The purpose of that first meeting is to establish whether you have a matter worth pursuing and which forum it belongs in — not to open a file.
Do I have to come to your office?
For most matters, no. Advisory work, drafting, notices and filings run over calls, email and WhatsApp. Personal attendance is needed only where the forum requires you specifically to appear.
Can you act for me if I am in another city or state?
For advisory work, legal opinions, notices and matters before national and quasi-judicial forums, yes. Where a matter has to be argued before a local court, we work with counsel on record in that jurisdiction and stay on the file ourselves.
Is what I tell you confidential?
Communications between you and your advocate are privileged under Indian law. That protection applies from the first consultation, whether or not you go on to instruct us.
